Terms of use

I'm Christopher Ross, and Annapolis Tools is my small CNC and 3D-printing shop, alongside thisismyurl.com and Sail Commons. I'm the seller for everything listed on this site.

Orders and payment

Nothing on this site is orderable yet. Every part shown is an example from my own bench. When parts go on sale, checkout will be Stripe-hosted and I'll be the seller and merchant of record. Most parts will be machined or printed to order rather than held in stock, so a listed lead time will be an estimate, not a shipping guarantee. If a design changes or a run fails inspection before it ships, you'll hear about it directly rather than receiving a part that didn't pass.

Returns and defects, once orders open

A part that arrives damaged or doesn't match its listed spec will be repaired, remade, or refunded. Custom-fit parts made to measurements you provided won't be eligible for a change-of-mind return, since they're built for your boat or setup specifically.

Specs shown now are illustrative

This is a new shop, and every listing on this site right now is an example part showing what a line will eventually carry. Once a part has shipped and been tested, its listing will reflect the real thing.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site grows. If anything material changes about how orders, lead times, or returns work, it will be called out here when it happens.
