Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] and we'll arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

For a standard return (change of mind, no longer needed), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping — see below.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

All current products are eligible for return under this policy.
